RE: Nomination of Takayuki Uchiyama to the CVE Board

Greetings,

 

A majority of the Board membership has voted in favor of the inclusion of Takayuki (Taki) Uchiyama of JPCERT/CC to the CVE Board. Because a majority has already been achieved, the voting process has officially ended before the 12/26 deadline.

 

Based on the vote, we would like to welcome Taki to the Board. He will be added to the list of Board members on the CVE web site and included in all Board list communications from this point forward.

 

Last, thanks to all those who voted. This may have been the fastest vote ever for CVE. Thanks also goes to Kent Landfield of Intel for preparing the nomination.

Note: There are 22 total Board Members, with 17 Total votes possible due to 1 vote per organization. 9 votes makes a simple majority.

·         0 voted no

·         7 non-votes at time of decision
