RE: Cybercrime treaty
Interesting. Voting on the final statement? Should we assign it a CAN? :-)
Adam, Scott, Dave, and Russ, thanks for your views. For myself and the small
troup I represent, silence is assent. I typically don't comment on legal
issues because (a) I am not a lawyer, I just act like one on the 'net and
(b) I subsequently end up eating leather when I put my foot in my mouth.
That said, I'll keep tabs on the progress, continue addressing the issue
from this side, and support efforts to draft a statement for the CVE
Editorial Board. Perhaps when there is a lot less LOVE going around I can
scrounge up some bandwidth. Let me know if there's anything else
specifically we could be doing here concerning this issue.
