Please find attached the final version of the revised CVE Board charter. In accordance with the rules set forth in the charter, Board members will have two weeks to vote to adopt the charter as written. Voting closes at Noon EDT on Thursday, September 8; results of the vote will be presented at the Board meeting at 2:00 PM that afternoon.
